                2. Neutraceuticals: Dietary management of chronic anemia

                3. Genetics disorders: Prevalence of genetic disorders amongst tribal and non tribal population groups of India

                4. Molecular microbiology -infectious diseases: Studies on gut microbes of important vectors of infectious diseases

                5. Agriculture biotechnology: Plant pathogens of economically important crops and vegetables

                6. Molecular characteriazation: Acinetobacter, Oceanimonas denitrificans, Bacillus subtilis, Exiguobacteria, Bacillus firmus
